Miki Bizaoui
President
Miki has over 15 years of experience working with Southern California’s top general contractors. During those years, Miki completed educational, commercial and mix used projects. Miki’s military discipline, high level of education and construction experience is reflected in his leadership abilities, decision making and execution methods.

Miki graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a BS in structural engineering and proceeded to get his MS in Civil Engineering with emphasis on Construction Management from the University of Southern California (USC).
Miki believes that a successful project is ensured by mitigating risk, paying attention to details and motivating the team members to steer the process forward.

PRECONSTRUCTION

The preconstruction phase allows our team to establish a relationship, build trust and shape the communication channels between the design team and the client. During the preconstruction phase, our management team evaluates constructability, estimates the cost and sets the schedule.
